Exercising the right of withdrawal — Directive (EU) 2023/2673

If you have purchased a product at a distance through https://pulycort.com, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquired physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

To make this right easier to exercise, we provide the following online withdrawal form. When you submit it, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of your request at the email address you provide.

How it works

You will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request; it does not constitute automatic acceptance of the return, as we will assess whether the product is affected by any of the legal exceptions (see below).
We will contact you to explain how to proceed with the return of the goods and, where applicable, the refund.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary one), no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision, using the same means of payment used in the purchase.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Given the nature and weight of natural stone, this cost will depend on the carrier and the volume/weight of the goods; you may request an estimate from us. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing error or a defect attributable to Pulycort, we will arrange the collection and bear its cost.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, withdrawal does not apply, among others, to: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.

In particular, stone that is cut, machined or personalised to your specifications is generally exempt from the right of withdrawal.
