By requesting the purchase of a product and/or service through this website, the User is bound by these Terms.
These sales terms apply to all sales made through the website https://pulycort.com (hereinafter the “website”).
By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Orders may only be placed to purchase goods without the intention of resale. Any resale or distribution of the products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders, as well as those placed by any customer with whom there may be a dispute regarding previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may lead us to believe that the customer is engaged in criminal activity.
We may update these sales terms as well as the Legal Notice / Privacy Policy at any time. You may consult and print the updated version of both texts by clicking the “General Sales Terms”, “Legal Notice” and “Privacy Policy” links.
As a user, you are obliged to provide PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. with all the data necessary to access and use the services of this website. Such data must be truthful and up to date, and you consent to our using it to contact you if necessary.
It is essential that you provide all the information we classify as mandatory, as otherwise we will not be able to process your order. We will not be responsible in any case for possible delays or failures in delivery as a result of an error or omission of data.
The user must make appropriate use of the services included on the website, always in accordance with the legal system, and will not carry out any activity that hinders or interferes with its operation.
We will establish all reasonable mechanisms within our reach to ensure that your personal data is kept securely at all times.
Likewise, you must adopt the necessary security measures, both personal and material, to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password, and notify us immediately of the loss, misplacement, theft or unlawful access to your username and password, as well as its knowledge by third parties.

You may browse the website until you find the desired item. Once located, by clicking on it you will access all the detailed information offered by the website. From there you can add the item to your purchase.
When placing the order, you will be asked to enter all your details and finally confirm the order.
Once the purchase procedure has finished, you will receive confirmation of the order by email. If you require an invoice, you can request it by writing to info@pulycort.com; the invoice will be issued in Spanish.
The personal data necessary to process the order will be handled respecting reasonable security conditions and the applicable laws and regulations, particularly the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and the rights of Users under the privacy policy of this Website.
The territory in which physical deliveries of the products are made is Spain, according to the shipping zones available and configured in the purchase process (including mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, with the rates corresponding to each zone).
If you wish to receive an order outside this coverage, we recommend that you contact us through the contact form or by sending an email to info@pulycort.com and we will inform you accordingly.
All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for the lack of stock or unavailability of products.
Please consult the selection of items available for sale through the website, as not all items we may offer in our stores or that may appear in catalogues, websites or other types of presentations are available for this type of sale.
In the event of a lack of stock or occasional unavailability of an item, PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. will contact the customer immediately to inform them and provide a new delivery date or, if it is not possible to supply the product, proceed to cancel it.
If in doubt, we recommend contacting customer service.
The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to our account. Upon confirming the purchase, you will receive an email as confirmation of acceptance. Only at that moment will the contract between you and us be formalised, and only for the items listed in said shipping confirmation.
Prior to the completion of the order on the website, you may review all the details associated with it (amounts broken down under all necessary headings — taxes, transport costs, item selection, etc.), and correct whatever you consider necessary.
After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website. You must contact us. In such a case, the order may only be modified or cancelled if the item has not entered the dispatch phase from our warehouses.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, on Value Added Tax (VAT), all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax. The applicable rate will be that legally in force at any given time.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes, unless legal requirements state and apply otherwise. The breakdown of taxes and transport costs is shown during the purchase process before confirming the order.
Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases already made by the User.
Any order placed must be paid immediately after order confirmation. Only orders for which payment has been completed and verified will be processed.
Payment must be made by credit and debit card or by bank transfer.
Credit and debit cards: The order amount will be charged to your card, so you must provide the number, expiry date and CVV security code. This data will not be stored or handled by us, but will be registered directly in the secure payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution (Redsys). The charge will be carried out in real time through this payment gateway. If the charge cannot ultimately be made (for any reason), the order will be automatically cancelled.
Bank transfer: The customer has 5 working days to make the payment. After this period without payment, the order will be considered automatically cancelled. Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the order confirmation email, specifying the order number obtained at the end of the purchase in the transfer reference. Please note that this payment method is not immediate; it may take up to 48 hours before confirmation of the deposit is received.
Once payment has been received, your order will be prepared and sent to the postal address indicated. If you wish to collect your order at our premises in La Romana (Alicante), please contact us to arrange it.
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24/48 h (working days) after receipt of payment, through a courier service. The order processing hours are from 09:00 to 16:00, every working day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside this window will be processed the next working day. Except for unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, or those arising from the personalisation of products, the order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated according to the shipping method selected and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
If, at the time of delivery, the order packaging is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to check the condition of the items. If damage is observed, you must detail it on the delivery note and contact us. We will repair or replace, at no cost, all items damaged or lost during transport, provided that you notify us of the incident as soon as possible.
Once the order has been delivered, it becomes your property and, therefore, any damage that may occur will be your responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the delivery zone, and are shown in detail and itemised during the purchase process, before you confirm the order. Given the nature of our products (natural stone), transport is priced by weight bands and by destination zone.
Returns. Where the User purchases products through the owner’s Website, they are entitled to a series of rights, as described below.
Right of withdrawal. The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. (info@pulycort.com) of their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. Additionally, and in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, the User may exercise withdrawal directly from the specific functionality enabled on the website (https://pulycort.com/en/withdrawal/), receiving automatic confirmation of receipt of their request. You may use the model withdrawal form available on that page, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make this refund using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly arranged otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any cost as a result of the refund.
You must send or hand over the goods to PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. (CTRA. NOVELDA – LA ROMANA, KM. 8 – 03669 – LA ROMANA, ALICANTE, Spain) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision. The deadline will be deemed met if you return the goods before that period ends.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Given the nature and weight of natural stone products, this cost will depend on the chosen carrier and the volume and weight of the goods to be returned; you may request an estimate from us before proceeding. However, when the return is due to a manufacturing error or a defect attributable to PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L., PULYCORT will arrange the collection and bear its cost.
You must return the Products in perfect condition; otherwise, the product may suffer depreciation and you will be responsible for the diminished value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. By way of example and not exhaustively: goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, and goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items. In particular, stone that is cut, machined or personalised to the customer’s specifications is generally exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Return of defective products or delivery errors. When the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to what was contracted, they must contact PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. immediately. The User will be informed how to proceed with the return; once the goods have been returned and examined, the User will be informed, within a reasonable period, whether a refund or replacement is appropriate, which will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we confirm that it applies. The amount paid for products returned due to defects will be refunded in full, including delivery costs and return costs, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.
Warranties. The User, as a consumer, enjoys legal warranties on the products. PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. will be liable for lack of conformity that manifests within three years of delivery in the case of goods (two years for digital content or services), under the terms of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Some products may present non-homogeneous characteristics derived from the material they are made of, forming part of their individual appearance and not constituting a defect. If the product is of a brand or manufactured by a third party, the User may also contact the brand or manufacturer to exercise the legal warranty during the three years following delivery.
If any part of these terms is contrary to law and therefore invalid, this will not affect the other provisions that comply with the law. The parties undertake to renegotiate the null points and incorporate them into the rest of the terms.
PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. reserves the right to amend the general sales terms, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services and the way in which they are presented. These changes must be accepted by the user each time they make a purchase through the website. Should any terms be declared null or unenforceable by court decision, the remaining provisions will remain in force. For any questions regarding the Terms, the User may contact the owner using the details provided or the contact form.
This site is located and operated from Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish law and submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, without the application of conflict-of-law principles. In those cases where the customer does not have the status of consumer or user, or is domiciled outside Spain, they will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction. If the user decides to use or consult this site outside Spain, they should bear in mind that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the relevant laws. This contract will come into force and take full effect from the moment the customer or user’s acceptance occurs, and may be stored, archived and reproduced by the usual electronic or computer means.
The User may send PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. their complaints, claims or comments through the contact details provided at the beginning of these Terms. In addition, PULYCORT NATURAL STONE, S.L. has official complaint forms available to consumers and users. Likewise, should a dispute arise from this sales contract, the User as a consumer may request an out-of-court dispute resolution, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, accessible at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
